A. Position Purpose :
This is a senior level profile (16-20 years) to manage the Digital & Mobile Channel initiatives of the bank. Mobile channel initiatives are core to the bank strategy. The position is part of technology and will take part of digital channel strategy and own the implementations. We are looking for a strong candidate with more than 15 years of experience in digital channels alone and experience in working on Banking / e-commerce / Insurance industries. The position will lead technology Group of Mobank platform of the bank. The person need to come up with Innovative solutions and implement them for Omni-Channel experience for our clients.
B. Position Responsibilities:
Sr. Key Responsibilities :
1 Understanding the business and the related technology requirements. Coming up with innovative and modern technology solutions for the business requirements
2 Manage implementation of new system functionality, including the operations processes
3 Coordinate with Technology partners, business, operations, marketing, vendors and service teams for gathering requirements and getting it developed or suggest work around solutions to meet the same
4 Propose and evaluate innovative solutions and ideas, and implement them
5 Continuously review market movements in digital space and implement the same in bank environment
6 Manage a team of business analysts, Technology resources, Test resources and project managers.
7 Overall owner of channel adaption and servicing along with product managers.
C. Qualifications and Experience Required:
Qualifications :
Essential : Graduate in any discipline. Passionate on Technology innovation and mobile technology world
Experience :
Essential: MBA and equivalent
Preferred: Technology / Design / Systems / PM certification courses
Essential: 15+ years of similar experience of managing Web applications, Mobile App, Payments in BFSI / ecommerce segment

- Good understanding of Banking business processes
- Good understanding of application coding methodologies
