Job Description :   Job Title : Business Analyst - Project Manager - Enterprise Risk Management  Department : BSG  Location : NOC- Goregaon  Position Purpose :  - S/he will be part of complete software development life cycle for implementing Enterprise Risk Management solution of SAS. Liaise closely with SI partner and user group to help in successful implementation and post production management of the application.  Position Responsibilities :  Key Responsibilities :  - Coordinating with Technology partner, business and operations teams for gathering requirements, Understand Requirement, Feasibility Check, Prepare BRD and Requirement Sign-off  - Track deliveries, plan for testing, test plan and case preparation, testing and Implementation   - User training and providing inputs on queries raised  - Manage the system functionality implementation end to end including the accounting part  - Support the project manager for other enterprise level changes / enhancements  - Ensure quality testing and proper user training   - Manage any critical issues that may come up  Qualifications and Experience Requirement :  Qualifications : Essential Engineering Graduate and/or MBA  Experience :   Essential :   - 4-8 years of experience with 3-4 years in implementation of ERM solution.  - 4+ years of experience as business analyst   - Understanding of Risk Management Tool and framework.  - Understanding of Indian regulatory requirements.   - Knowledge of SAS Enterprise Risk Management tool will be an added advantage.  - Knowledge of either Fraud Risk Management framework or Operations Risk Management framework is required.  Competency Requirements :   Technical Skills :  Skill Attribute :  - Business Analyst Should be able to analyse and arrive at solution keeping Organization goal in view and provide a comprehensive solution.  - Risk Management Should have a sound knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management Framework, Ensure organizations Risk management policies and strategies are taken into account while implementing the solution.
