Key Responsibility -

- Plan, Design, Launch and track monthly portfolio offers to increase spends

- Identify opportunity to reduce authorization rates with focus on reducing PIN decline

- Drive portfolio authorization rate to an 93%+ rate

- Develop strategy to arrest spends decline at the time of Authorization

- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute and implement portfolio initiatives

- Grow and monitor international spends

- Create and develop marketing programs to drive cross-border spends

- Focus to drive Card upgrades and limit enhancement on the portfolio

- Track and monitor incremental spends through upgrades initiative

- Design marketing campaigns to increase credit limit basis CLI Policy

- Increase Add on Card penetration on the portfolio
