Position Purpose :
Engage with sales team in branches for business development and relationship management of start-up relationships. Train branch sales team on the start-up ecosystem and enable them to source start-up relationships. Execute the business model and sales processes. Ensure a stable, recurring revenue generating business with a risk free sales model through the India Start up club Proposition.
Position Responsibilities :
- Knowledge of banking product like payment solution, CMS, Wallets, APIs and ability to identify the customer needs and sell the right solution. Ensure implementation on these solutions.
- Ensure branch sales team takes ownership of the relationship and increase the wallet share of the customer portfolio and cross sell technology solutions and other bank products.
- Ensure that branch staff does takes ownership of client servicing and fulfilling client's requirement. Participate in start-up events & conference and network with the founders and business owners.
- Should also network with VCs/ PEs/ Angel investors/ Accelerator programs, etc.
- Drive branches to achieve business targets allocated to the city. Identify new start up market. Developing strategies & sales programs to increase customer interaction experience and client engagement.
- Local level client engagement programs and seminars with the help of product and marketing teams to scale up business in Startup Segment.

Essential :
- Post Graduate Experience
- 2 - 6 years of experience in sales profile
- Understanding of the start-up ecosystem
- Ability to identify opportunity in the market
- Well connected with the Venture capitals, PE, Co-working Spaces and Incubation cells
- Should be aware and well informed on the activities around start-ups
