Job Title Manager - Alliances / offers / Portfolio : Credit Card Program

Location NCR

Reporting To Vertical Head

Key Responsibility :

- Drive Credit Card spends through partner led offers, alliances

- Develop a marketing calendar of partner offers on yearly basis

- Create and develop tactical offers for the portfolio in partnership with key merchants according to the yearly plan.

- Launch merchant led offers to drive incremental spends

- Study and monitor merchant category codes to identify relevant merchants.

- Grow relevant spends category like travel

- Increase customer engagement across every day spend categories

- Create properties and offers for the Bank across everyday spends categories like Dining, Ecommerce, entertainment

- Drive marketing programs at different intervals to drive offers

- Build visibility for the RBL Bank leveraging partner assets either online or offline

- Promote and communicate networks offers to drive card spends and engagement

Qualifications and Experience Requirement :

Education MBA Tier 1 / 2 institute

Years of Experience 2 - 3 Years

Previous Experience Usage / Engagement / Analytics / NBFC or Alliance in any other industry

SALARY LEVEL : Candidate having A prior experience working in alliances vertical will be preferred.
