Senior Manager - Key Account Management
The Role:
- We are seeking to hire a Senior Manager for hybrid industry verticals (government, offline education, DMT, utilities, NGOs and related) in the KAM Team (Key Account Management). This is a leadership and a high-visibility role.
- The person will be taking care of the Enterprise merchants' in this hybrid portfolio of Razorpay and will report directly to the Head of Key Accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Building a strong relationship with critical/top clients and key personnel (CXOs) within customer companies.
- Managing pan-India enterprise accounts across multiple industry verticals - a portfolio contributing significantly to the growth of the organisation.
- Ensuring and maintaining high motivation levels of the team and a strong sales rigour in the team.
- Focus on solution-based selling.
- Growing the overall portfolio and driving cross-sell/up-sell across Razorpay's diverse product portfolio.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams such as product, ops, tech support to ensure merchant issues are addressed and also market inputs/trends are shared internally.
- Drive strategic discussions in terms of identifying new areas of opportunity and vision for the team.
- Drive strategic initiatives within the team.
Mandatory Qualifications:- 8+ years of proven Sales/account management experience in product/tech- based organisation with B2B focus.
- Experience in the payments/fintech industry is preferred.
- Experience in a high-paced and unstructured environment will be a plus.
- Ability to solve various unstructured business problems in an objective way will be one of the key criteria for hiring.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn tech software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers and cross-functional teams internally.
- Organised approach to work.
