About the Role
Brand Razorpay is now "top of mind" for any Small & Medium business in India looking for payment solutions. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to drive all of our efforts on the payments end to help us reach new audiences, push awareness, recall and salience through a balance of high-impact campaigns, high-quality creative messaging themes with a dash of influencer led amplification.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Come up with a robust brand marketing strategy that takes forward the Payments mandate across SME Audiences
- Ideate, collaborate and drive rigorous execution against this strategy.
- Drive brand marketing efforts across campaigns, social media, content & communities.
- Drive long-term brand vision as a key, senior member of the marketing team.
- Ideate & execute against viral & creative campaign ideas.
- Prepare a structured framework for objectively measuring the efficacy of marketing efforts.
- Present data-backed post-mortems of campaign performance.
- Work with external agency partners, internal channel marketing, design teams in ensuring execution conformance.
- Work collaboratively with the social media & product marketing teams in planning, executing new product launch GTMs to drive customer engagement, acquisition and brand buzz.
Minimum requirements:
- 7+ years of overall marketing experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of having managed brand marketing campaigns
- Strong creative & soft skills combined with an affinity for data.
- Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work with cross-functional counterparts.
- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.
