Rays Power Infra - Manager - EPC Proposal - Solar PV Power Projects

1. Profile

a. At least 7-8 years working experience on EPC proposals in solar PV power projects

b. Thorough Techno-commercial understanding and knowledge about Equipment types, plant configuration types, Material and equipment quantities used in solar PV plants of various sizes, costing, financial terms, contract types and terms used in various types of contracts including FIDIC contract forms, Upto L2 level project plans

c. Can understand and accurately summarize RFPs

d. Can guide engineers to prepare proposal documents and review independently.

e. Can independently raise pertinent queries to customers on RFPs

f. Can independently reply to customers on queries/clarifications of proposals

g. Good IQ

h. Good analytical skills

i. Excellent communication skills

j. Good work ethics and focus

k. Good diligence and maturity

2. Job Description

a. Read and summarize RFPs, do risk analysis and circulate Bid/ No bid recommendation notes to bid approval committee

b. When approved to BIS, send detailed summaries to the proposal engineering team

c. Coordinate with proposal engineer and obtain proposal drawings and GTPs and costing

d. Review costing

e. Prepare technical and commercial proposal documents in line with RFPs

f. Communicate with customers and obtain acceptance / make satisfactory clarifications where necessary

g. Prepare contracts when bid is successful

h. Prepare PQ documents and control PQ processes
