Rays Power Infra - Chief Technology Officer

We are a 500 cr solar company run by IITians and we are looking at a CTO profile for our new venture in electric mobility. The work involves full development of tech stack including mobile apps, telematics, smart electric vehicles, smart batteries. The applicant should have entrepreneurial zeal as this will be a VC funded startup and idea is to start with a lean team and grow big on micro mobility, electric mobility space. The compensation will involve equity plus cash structure.

CTO Responsibilities include :

- Developing the company's strategy for using technological resources

- Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely

- Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role

- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy

- Understanding of budgets and business-planning

- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research

- Excellent communication skills

- Leadership and organizational abilities

- Strategic thinking

- Problem-solving aptitude

- B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
