Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience post MBA from Tier I and Tier II B Schools or 15+ years of relevant experience post MBA from other B Schools
Job Deatils :
Responsibilities and Accountability
- Development and implementation of the reward strategy to include: salary benchmarking, pension arrangements, benefits management and annual compensation events such as bonus and salary review.
- Business expert in all matters relating to CABs, advising Top Management and the HR team on all issues
- Handling performance and compensation reviews, Variable pay and Sales Incentive Plans for the organization
- Manpower planning, Personnel cost budgeting and variance analysis vs actual
- Design and implement appropriate and intuitive schemes
- Leading new initiatives in HR for monetary and non-monetary rewards
- Designing and implementing HR policies.
- To work with external payroll vendor and payroll team for payroll and statutory compliances of the company
- To manage entire gamut of HR operations – such as employment contracts, probation confirmations, annual review, transfers and promotions etc on regular basis
Head of Compensation and Benefits - skills/essentials:
- Highly commercial and able to align reward policy to business objectives
- Excellent project management skills
- A very high degree of analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables
