- Developing and Implementing - Listing & Launch of NPI's within time frame
- Monthly/Quarterly Assortment correction/MBQ
- Ensure JKHC product planogram as per standard (Eye level)
- Signing & negotiating the TOT's
- Working with Quarterly & Annual JBP's with key accounts to ensure that JKHC achieve the budgets
- Driving New Product Launch, Category wise activations & thematic promotions in Key accounts
- Consumer promo planning with chains as well as with internal stack holders
- Co-ordination with ZH & BM's to ensure flawless execution of promotion & visibility drives to ensure desired growths
- Closely working with commercial team to collect outstanding from chain before its overdue
- Competition benchmarking chain wise/category wise and react before competition take the lead
- Monthly data analysis on pre & post activity (Promo & visibility) and present to internal stack holders.
- Ensure advance stock forecasting (Individual chains) and follow up with supply chain for promo stocks to ensure above 90% fill rate.
- Chain wise Secondary & off-take growth achievement
