Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager - HR & Administration, you will be responsible for overseeing HR functions and administrative operations to ensure a smooth and compliant work environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Managing end-to-end hiring processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Employee Relations & Engagement: Addressing employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture, and implementing engagement initiatives.

- HR Compliance & Policies: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, updating HR policies as per industry best practices.

- Performance Management: Overseeing performance appraisal processes, implementing training and development programs, and enhancing employee productivity.

- Payroll & Compensation: Assisting in payroll processing, managing employee benefits, and ensuring timely salary disbursements.

- General Administration: Managing office administration, vendor coordination, facility management, and other operational support functions.

Qualifications & Skills

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- A Master's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR) is preferred.

- Work Experience: 5-6 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.

Key Skills:

- HR management, recruitment, and employee relations

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and payroll processing

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Organizational and time management abilities

- Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office suite

Preferred Experience:

- Prior experience in the construction or infrastructure sector will be an added advantage.
