Roles & Responsibilities :
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
- To participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
- To ensure implementation and achievement of the set annual budget by your region as per the journey cycle.
- Evaluation of your region with respect to setting annual budget achievement on various criteria like revenue, profit, E2S%, sales & distribution.
- Identify the area of improvement and appraise the senior management on corrective measures basis on a weekly/journey cycle.
- This position will be responsible for sales fundamentals that include coverage, availability, visibility, stock weight, and market hygiene as per FMCG standards predefined by our organization.
- Ensure capability development through appropriate training
- Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services to improve sales in the region.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Post-graduation (MBA/PGDM) degree in Sales/marketing
- Overall experience of 10-12 years and relevant experience of 2 years is preferred within the FMCG industry with a major focus on General Trade.
- Possess Strong planning, strategic, analytical, problem-solving & organizational abilities.
- Possess exceptional relationship management skills, Leadership skills & interpersonal skills.
- Must speak the local tongue.
Industry FMCG (food manufacturing) preferably biscuits, chocolates, wafers & confectionery
- The person should mandatorily hail from Karnataka.
