This position will spearhead the growth of the company in Fin-tech space. This role shall include developing and implementing the overall growth strategy of the company across various digital channels to achieve key performance metrics and goals. Key Accountabilities: 1. Assisting in Strategize, Build, and implement the overall growth strategy of the company in line with defined budgets and ROI across digital channels like : a. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) b. Google AdWords/AdSense c. GDN and Other Ad Networks d. Affiliate Marketing e. Social Media Marketing f. Content Marketing g. Native Advertising h. Email Marketing i. Online PR j. Inbound Marketing k. Sponsored Content 2. Drive User growth 3. Enable marketing automation across platforms. 4. Enable marketing analytical tools to achieve key performance metrics and ROI. 5. Development of all digital content including ads, content, blogs etc. 6. Research competition investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement. 7. Develop, organize and lead the digital marketing team. Qualification and Experience: - MBA from IIM or other reputed Universities. - 2-6 years of experience in Growth in scale up of successful e-commerce or fin-tech companies. - Extensive hand on experience across digital channels, platforms, digital marketing products and analytical marketing tools.
