Job Title: Product Manager Loyalty & CRM.

Job Type: Freelance/Part-time/Remote.

About the Role:

- We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our cutting-edge loyalty and CRM applications.

- In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, gathering and prioritizing user needs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products that drive customer engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for loyalty and CRM applications.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

- Gather and prioritize user needs through user interviews, surveys, and data analysis.

- Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps and release plans.

- Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze product performance.

- Identify and address customer pain points and improve product usability.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends in loyalty and CRM technology.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the loyalty or CRM domain.

- Strong understanding of loyalty program mechanics and CRM best practices.

- Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights.

- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders.

- Passion for building innovative and user-centric products.

Bonus Points:

- Experience with loyalty program platforms.

- Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence tools.

- Experience with A/B testing and other product experimentation methodologies.

- Experience with customer success and support.
