Job Description: Sales Head
As a Sales Head you will be steering all the Sales initiatives of our Hospitality Business Unit
Role & Responsibilities:
Role:
- To contribute to development and execution of overall strategy of building Rategain customer base in Americas, Europe & Middle East and South East Asia
- To drive and implement segment business strategies and agendas in the region
- The incumbent will be responsible for key sales initiatives and overall pipeline management for customer segments across regions.
- The incumbent will be responsible for providing continuous guidance to the sales team to build and manage relationship with all stakeholders at global level.
- The incumbent will also provide team leadership to various support teams be it Sales, Client services or Engineering
Responsibilities:
- To lead a team of A players to expand our customer base and responsibilities such as strategy, marketing, research, business development, general management, product planning and management, constant interaction with all the relevant tech teams, and complete P&L responsibility.
- Smart Sales leader confident of leading a business vertical and taking P&L responsibility
- Responsible for Company's positioning, Account and new geographies penetration strategy, Identify market opportunities, gaps and threats
- Responsible for existing account management and ensure customer satisfaction and account Mining for additional business through development of engagement by cross-selling.
- Able to drive team members to their success/ growth
- Preferably candidates from from Leading IT Product companies like: Oracle, Microsoft, Adobe, HP, SAP and Others are invited with Global Exposure
Education & Experience Summary:
- Young Dynamic Sales Leader with experience of Selling IT Products (Preferable: SaaS Based) in Global Areas
- Experience: 10 -15 years in IT Product sales
- Education: MBA from Tier 1 Institute (India or Overseas)
- Exposure: Global Sales / Americas Region (Preferably)
- Knowledge and experience in travel technology will be preferred
