- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Marketing Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. The Database Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in managing our database operations, ensuring database hygiene, and leading the database analysts team.


- This role involves a strong focus on marketing operations related to the database, leveraging the database for various sales & marketing purposes, and managing the database within CRM and Marketing Automation environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating reports and assisting the team in fixing existing database issues to support our marketing and sales efforts.

How your day will look like/Job responsibility

Database Management and Hygiene: Ensure the integrity, cleanliness, and accuracy of the database. Implement and maintain policies for effective data management and hygiene practices to enhance the quality and reliability of the database.

Team Leadership: Manage and oversee the database analyst and research teams. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to achieve departmental goals and improve efficiency.

Database Extraction and Utilization: Lead the database analyst and research team in extracting valuable data for marketing purposes. Ensure the effective use of the database in various marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive engagement and conversions.

Sales & Marketing Operations Support: Collaborate closely with the marketing operations team to leverage the database for targeted marketing efforts. Contribute to the development and optimization of marketing strategies through data-driven insights.

Salesforce (CRM) and Pardot (Marketing Automation Tool) Database Management: Manage the database within Salesforce and Pardot platforms. Ensure seamless integration and utilization of the database across these systems for sales and marketing activities.

Reporting and Analysis: Create comprehensive reports to track the performance of marketing campaigns and database health. Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Database Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve database-related issues. Work closely with the team to diagnose problems and implement solutions to ensure the stability and reliability of the database.

Implement New Technology: Evaluate new technologies & database tools to improve and optimize marketing and sales team performance

Education & Work Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience of minimum 6 years as a Database Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.

Knowledge

- Strong knowledge of database management, data extraction techniques, and data hygiene practices.

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to generate actionable insights from data.

Skills:

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Outstanding organizational skills, an 'eagle like' attention to detail and experience working with multiple stakeholders at all levels

- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, CRM (Salesforce or any other), and Marketing Automation Tool (Marketing Cloud, Pardot, etc.), with a solid understanding of their database management capabilities.

- Experience managing teams and leading projects.
