Role and Responsibilities :

- Interacting with Central /State Government local bodies for various compliances obtaining approvals/NOCs

- Representing the company in lower/High court cases files against the company.

- Carrying out any special assignment within a time bond framework to the satisfaction of the management.

- Also Liaison related to HR Department as PF Department, ESI Department and Labour Department and interaction with staff to maintain interpersonal relationships.

- The liaison officer has specific responsibilities for assisting and cooperating with agency representatives.

- Liaison officers will be responsible for participating in planned meetings and providing current resource status updates, which should include the limitations and active capability of the assisting agency's resources.

Required Skills :

- 7-8 Years of relevant experience.

- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.

- Strong with compliances in order to continue smooth corporate functions.

- Strong communication skills and persuasive skills with an ability to influence decision makers.

- Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an MNC / organization.

- Flexible with an ability to work under pressure with dynamic work load and time pressure.

- Strong network and influential skills to perform effectively with govt officials.
