Online Digital Marketing Head

We have an urgent Requirement for the position of “Marketing Head” at our Headquarters in Noida.

Designation: Marketing Head

- As Marketing Head, you will be responsible for the entire outbound marketing activities for RateGain. You will craft the messaging and positioning for our company. You will conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand and position RateGain as the thought leader in the industry.

- In your role as a Marketing Head, you will be the expert in building buyer persona’s, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channel.

The position requires the candidate to be based out of the company HQ in Noida (New Delhi, India)

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning – includes building the Corporate Marketing Plan (which will include the marketing-mix, marketing budget, branding, positioning)

- Marketing Management – Driving all elements of the Marketing Plan

- Supporting Business Development – communicate the value proposition of RateGain’s products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products

- Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them

- Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for RateGain’s products

- Corporate Communication – includes internal communication, external communication, PR, External Vendors and consultants

- Digital Marketing – including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, Social Media marketing (on Facebook, Twitter etc.), blogging etc.

- Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to reports, etc.

- Oversee Company’s electronic marketing efforts including supervision of Web site design and maintenance.

- Experience working with online communities and social media tools such as forums, podcasts and blogs

- Proven ability to organize content and market Company offerings on large community websites.

Requirements

- 12+ years of Corporate marketing experience with at least 3 years experience in online digital marketing

- Bachelor’s in business or marketing, MBA from Premiere institute

- Very strong communication skills (written & verbal)

- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.

- Exposure to marketing across global customer base is a pre-requisite.

- Prior experience in a Saas based Software company is a plus

- Hospitality or Travel technology domain background is a big plus
