Paid Campaign Specialist - New Delhi
Experience: Minimum 4 - 5 Years of relevant experience in SEM preferably from Ad Agency, E Commerce, Hospitality/ Hotel industry
Education: Engineering Graduate is a must. MBA is preferable from a reputed Institute.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for Paid Campaign Specialist as an individual contributor with an experience level of minimum 4 - 5 years for thesqua.re. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing owning the marketing budget and strategizing the marketing spends across channels like Facebook, LinkedIn, Retargeting and various other PPC channels.
The Candidate would be the owner of the various Social media channels like Facebook, LinkedIn, Adroll, Adelement etc and guide the team members on campaign creation, campaign management, and campaign optimization aligned with the larger business goal of the organization.
The role would include the coordination with the Category, Design and Sales team to identify the user behavior, transaction patterns and implement those with the help of cutting edge designs to speed up the purchase decision process of the end users.
Desired Skill Set:
- Experienced Professional to run paid Adwords Products in Google and Facebook across sites / brands.
- Hands on Knowledge and experience of Paid Campaign Management.
- Knowledge of various Campaign Optimization Techniques on Facebook, LinkedIn, re-targeting channels like Adroll, Adelement etc.
- Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key partners such as Google, Facebook and Twitter.
- Knowledge of UK and US demographics would be added advantage.
- Proficient in remarketing and re targeting campaigns.
- Self motivated and a team player.
- Deep understanding of online and advertising space, including tracking tools, technical integrations and best practices.
- Exceptional analytics skills and experience working in a metrics driven environment.
- Outstanding creativity and drive; excellent written and oral communication skills; strong attention to details.
- Consistent track record of exceeding targets.
- Passion for problem solving and strong sense of ownership, drive and urgency.
