- Educational Qualification - B.E. - Chemical. Post-Graduation in similar engineering branch OR M.B.A. in Operations will be an added advantage

- Work Experience - 18+ years of Work experience, of which 3+ years should be at a Plant Head level/ Production Head level of a large plant

- Industry Preference -Experienced in a continuous process industry preferably in Chemical / Polymer Industry.

Job Profile:

1. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and providing leadership for day-to-day operations at the respective plant.

2. To increase production, asset capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintain quality standards.

3. Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.

4. To review production schedules for all manufacturing departments.

5. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilise assets to produce optimal results.

6. Optimizing man and machine utilization to achieve pre-set production targets.

7. Develop systems and processes that track and optimise productivity and standards, metrics and Performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.

8. Well versed with TPM and other similar concepts environment to ensure good standings as per global guidelines.

9. Ensure hiring and development of Plant team members.
