About the Role:
The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high-performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of a B2C product lifecycle, including design, strategy implementation, launch, forecasting, and future enhancements
2. Monitor & analyze metrics to continually improve company products
3. Develop insights on relevant web purchase behavior, customer onsite search behavior, customer segments, customer journey, and purchasing trigger points
4. Analyse customer's on-site behavior to identify areas of opportunity, quantify the impact, and make recommendations for future site enhancements
Qualifications
1. 1-5 years of experience in digital product management
2. Understanding of UI/UX
3. Strong analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of Google Analytics and Google tag manager
4. Ability to manage an agile development process with a distributed team
5. Bonus: e-commerce experience
