Responsibilities:

- Work directly with the CEO and other c-suite level executives for the overall business strategy and growth

- Accountability for driving projects to deliver company's topline and bottom-line growth goals

- Make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across the organization

- Wear lots of hats: company strategy, fundraising, business plan making, business operations, marketing, sales, hiring, product, etc - whatever is the top priority

- Solve any challenges that might come your way creatively

Requirements:

- MBA, preferably in sales & marketing or strategy as major

- 3+ years of experience in business or executive management role; Preferred if you have Consulting experience with a focus on operations management

- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives

- Extremely versatile and dedicated to efficient productivity

- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
