Assistant Marketing Manager  Gurgaon  Overview:   Manage end to end offline marketing. Identify, engage and build successful cross-marketing partnerships with other companies. Help improve the reach of Rapido and increasing the app usage.  Responsibilities:  - Creating strategies to create Brand Awareness, Brand Visibility and Brand Communication.  - To create brand awareness & premium brand positioning across all customer segment  - Implementation of strategies & executing activities (BTL & ATL activities) including detailed monitoring of all advertising and promotion expenses.  - Responsible for Market Research and Competitive Intelligence  - To develop marketing communication tools to support demand push at P.O.P. (i.e. brand visibility, marketing tools, etc.)  - Monitoring of Marketing budget spend, keeping accurate records and highlighting where  - To conduct event marketing/PR & other BTL to support demand pull from professional segment  - Preparing reports & designing brochures and other collaterals as per requirements  - Able to manage customer interactions and explain the product  - Manage a team of Marketing Executives, Promoters & Interns to efficiently executing Campaigns  - Crack mutually beneficial partnerships which will increase the rides  - Execute online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, Creating brand awareness.   - Will report directly to Central Team - Bangalore.  Requirements:  - A minimum of 2 year experience in Marketing/Sales  - Strong Analytical and Management skills  - Should have excellent creative outlook  - Be an outgoing, confident, affable and energetic as well as have excellent communication skills.  - Be a pro-active person of integrity, drive, energy and positive vibes.  - Excellent communication and presentation skills.  - Should own 2 wheeler Must.  - Possess excellent communication in English and Hindi (MUST)
