- Responsible for HR & Admin deliverables for Company

- Recruitment & Workforce planning

- Human Resource Management

- Training & Development

- Performance Management

- Employee Relationship Management, Employee Engagement

- Administration & Operations

- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling subordinate on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.

- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicability of the same, maintaining records

- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

- Well versed with the Knowledge of Various Acts (Contract Labor Act, Min. Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, ESIC Act, PF Act etc.)

- Liasioning & Maintaining Rapport with the Authorities & Officials from Labor Department

- Facilitating the Annual Review & Increment process for Staff Members.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
