Title: Regional Sales Manager


Roles and Responsibilities:


- Spearhead the creation and execution of a structured multi-channel sales framework to increase market penetration, driving revenue generation and sustaining long-term business relationships.


- Directly manage and mentor the team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs), guiding them in achieving sales targets while aligning them with broader regional and organizational goals.


- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of project sales teams, ensuring they are equipped to meet business objectives and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.


- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and adjust to emerging opportunities or challenges in the market.


- Ensure the seamless execution of orders and project deliverables, managing expectations and addressing any customer concerns or escalations in a timely manner.


- Work cross-functionally with other departments, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure smooth execution of projects and a high level of customer satisfaction.


- Maintain a data-driven approach, tracking all sales activities and performance metrics, ensuring reports are accurate and submitted on time for senior leadership review.


- Maintain full adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards across all sales activities.


Qualification:


- Minimum of 4 years of sales team management experience, including leadership, recruitment, and performance management at a senior level.


- Proven experience in driving revenue growth, with the ability to meet or exceed aggressive sales targets consistently.


- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.


- Proven strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop tailored strategies.


- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize the sales process.


- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
