Job Summary:

The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing business operations, financial management, payroll, and human resource administration. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets and financial objectives

- Select, hire, and supervise staff, ensuring effective workforce management

- Manage employee orientation, training programs, and ongoing skill development initiatives

- Implement and manage pricing strategies to enhance profitability and market competitiveness

- Monitor business performance metrics and ensure adherence to operational goals

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in financial and HR operations

- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

- Handle budget preparation, financial planning, and cost control measures
