1. Plan, develop and implement strategy of HR management and development (including recruitment and selection, policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, performance appraisals and quality management issues, etc.)

2. Implement and monitor proper policies & procedure as per the HR manual.

3. Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development.

4. Monitor measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.

5. Manage and develop direct reporting staff.

6. Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.

7. Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements.

8. Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization.

9. Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the management.

10. Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.

11. To monitor day to day activities of Personnel & Admin department and to make sure smooth functioning of the same.

12. To randomly check dress code policy implementation on day to day basis and take necessary step to improve the behavior of all employees.

13. Responsible for on time recruitment in given budget with all the formalities from interview call letter to Exit interview.

14. To develop training plan in coordination with respective HOD and then design training calendar accordingly.

15. Develop Induction Manual and implement for better understanding of organization.

16. Induct the new joiner with departments, employee, job role, policy and rules.

17. Interact with new joiner on weekly basis to get feedback and help them settle in the culture and climate of the company.

18. Coordinate with departmental colleagues to organize the various events.

19. To update job description, KRA, skill matrix every year as per position or duties and issue the same with salary revision letter.

20. Develop relationship with college and university professors and update them on new happening and achievement of the company.

21. Monitor campus recruitment and to get the best talent from the universities.

22. Ensure joining of new employees should be with welcome kit, JD and induction plan.

23. Ensure timely purchase and distribution of uniform and safety shoes yearly with allocated budget

24. To issue laptop, visiting card, email ID, SIM card, ID card and Internet device to employees after approval and liaise with Vodafone to solve issues related to service.

25. To develop training plan in coordination with respective HOD and then design training calendar accordingly.

26. Arrange various CSR activities and employee welfare activities.
