Head - Business Business development
a) Manage the team of counselors/administrators to ensure the admissions process and number of admissions are in accordance with the vision of the Management.
b) Guide the administration team in accurate and timely submission of daily/weekly/month reports.
c) Create strategies to increase the footfall for admissions.
d) Train and guide the administration team to bring an inclined growth of the conversion ratio of the walk-ins generated through various sources.
e) Timely updation of data in ERP.
