- Drive organic traffic growth and lead generation by designing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content/demand gaps and prioritize them based on business opportunities.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and act as the in-house expert for new SEO approaches and strategies.

- Content Optimization & Recommendations.

- Provide SEO recommendations to improve how website content is represented in search engine results pages (SERPs).

- Collaborate with internal teams to create optimized landing pages and improve the overall user experience.

- Lead content marketing outreach and high-quality link-building campaigns by initiating communication with prospective websites and influencers.

- Technical SEO.

- Work closely with developer teams to implement and troubleshoot technical SEO programs.

- Identify SEO issues through continuous audits and ensure timely reporting and resolution by the concerned teams.

- Optimize website architecture, meta tags, site speed, schema markup, and mobile usability to meet search engine requirements.

- Google My Business (GMB) Management.

- Oversee the creation, optimization, and ongoing management of Google My Business listings for all hospital locations.

- Ensure accurate, up-to-date information is maintained across all GMB profiles, including NAP (Name, Address, Phone), reviews, and photos.

- Monitor and respond to GMB reviews and user queries to maintain a strong local search presence.

- App Store Optimization (ASO).

- Develop and implement strategies for App Store Optimization to improve the visibility and rankings of Rainbow's mobile apps in app stores (Google Play and Apple App Store).

- Conduct keyword research and optimize app titles, descriptions, screenshots, and metadata to attract and retain users.

- Monitor and analyze app performance metrics to refine ASO strategies.

-Analyze the performance of SEO, GMB, ASO, and paid campaigns and assess outcomes against set goals (ROI & KPI).

- Plan and execute multivariate experiments and advanced optimization tests to ensure all activities maximize ROI.

- Provide detailed insights and reports on traffic, rankings, and website/app performance to internal stakeholders.

- Cross-functional Collaboration.

- Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure SEO, GMB, and ASO alignment with broader digital marketing initiatives.

- Work with development and product teams to enhance website structure, user experience, and app performance.

- Assist in the creation of SEO and ASO-driven content to address target audience needs and business goals.

Expansion of Marketing Channels.

- Learn and integrate additional marketing channels such as PPC, email marketing, affiliate marketing, YouTube, etc. , to contribute to the overall growth of the digital marketing program.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:.

- 7+ years of experience in SEO, GMB management, ASO, and digital marketing.

- Proven track record of driving organic growth, lead generation, and app visibility improvements.
