As a Digital Marketing Executive at Rainbow Hospitals, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive engagement across various online channels. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Identify key digital channels and tactics to reach target audiences effectively.
Content Creation and Optimization:
- Create compelling and relevant content for digital channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user engagement.
Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing.
- Monitor email performance metrics and implement strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize digital analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing efforts.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates through user experience optimization, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct research and analysis of competitor digital marketing strategies and industry trends.
- Use insights to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mind set with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
