Rage Fan - Co-Founder - Marketing - IIT/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

RageFan is looking for a Co-Founder - Marketing for its new Web3 gaming product line. As a Co-Founder, you would be required to perform a vital role in product marketing, business development and funding outreach. This is an early-stage role, and as a co-founder you would be expected to take a very active role in forming the team and growing the web3 gaming app.

Currently, the product is in the alpha stage with early users. The product is technically ready and in the MVP stage. The dev team is set up and currently in the process of the next fundraising. The CoFounder - Marketing would actively work towards scaling the product and bring in expertise in marketing. RageFan is a crypto-based startup that was founded in early 2021 and funded. It is a multichain Sports technology platform that aims to revolutionise blockchain gaming. RageFan has products in fantasy sports, gaming and club tokens with crypt tokens at its core. The gaming products are in the polygon network. The Rage Token is available in Polygon, BSC and ETH networks.

The compensation would be in Fixed pay + Esops + Tokens which can be discussed with the team. Below is an overview of the role.

RESPONSIBILITY -

- Market research

- Forming and orchestrating the marketing team

- Performing direct Marketing and Promotion launching

- Budgeting and market planning

- Online and social media marketing

- Defining strategies and action plans

- Setting performance indicators and performance review

EXPECTATIONS -

- Entrepreneurship morality

- Prior work experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Managing Team

- Education from IIT/IIM/ISB/Tier1 Colleges are preferred

- Creativity, Leadership Quality, Positive Minded, Entrepreneurial Skills

- Experience in startup and crypto projects preferred

- Willingness to hustle & get their hands on duty, and comfort with ambiguity

- Someone who enjoys taking ownership, learns quickly and has a bias for action

- Should be able to work with multiple internal and external stakeholder
