Job Description

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in outbound sales leadership, preferably in US, UK or EU region.

- Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing high-value deals.

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies tailored to global market.

- Drive lead generation efforts, cold outreach, and pipeline development to maximize conversions.

- Align outbound sales initiatives with overall business objectives and revenue targets.

Lead Generation Team Management:

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of outbound sales representatives.

- Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and drive a high-performance sales culture.

- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal team productivity.

Business Development & Market Expansion:

- Identify and target new business opportunities in global markets.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.

- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.

- Track key sales metrics and implement data-driven improvements.

- Optimize outbound sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Manage the outbound sales budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and revenue maximization.

- Uphold ethical sales practices and corporate governance standards.
