- Align outbound sales initiatives with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
Lead Generation Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of outbound sales representatives.
- Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and drive a high-performance sales culture.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal team productivity.
Business Development & Market Expansion:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in global markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Track key sales metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
- Optimize outbound sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
