- Primary responsibility: Ensure targeted revenue achievement and timely collections for the station through Concert Business for Mirchi Live.  Related responsibilities:   - Aid in implementing the strategy for organizing Mirchi Live Concerts across the year.   - Implement the Mirchi Live calendar for the station in conjunction with MA Head.  - Help in selling off Sponsorship for Mirchi Live Concerts and execute the same.  - Monitor competition (Radio as well as other mediums) and help develop strategies to maximize market share.  - Drive and maximize sponsorship by closely working with Mirchi Activations team.  - Ensuring strategic tie-ups with Venues, event partners and vendors.  ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:  Reports to MA head Mumbai & National Concerts Head.  Person Specification:  MBA with 6-9 years of experience in Sales / Marketing, has worked with leading brands in respective sectors.
