RadicalStack - Technical Product Manager

RadicalStack is a technology development start-up working with focused clients in EU region. The company is looking for a candidate to join the team who is comfortable working in a fast paced start-up environment; is smart and analytical thinker and knows how to manage both internal and external timelines.

Key responsibilities:

- Contribute to the overall product roadmap across all platforms - web (frontend and backend) and mobile.

- Study details of the project and discuss development steps with the head of product development

- Draft a plan which would be shared with the head of product development and design team to advice required specs or design format before starting of development

- Distribute and finalise product development into different segments before giving to the development team - Instruct and mange the development team on daily basis by ensuring all the written codes are without bugs and are segregated properly in correct folders (github, bigbucket etc.)

- Create detailed instructions and provide access to the development team (server access) and ensure the frontend and the backend are developed accordingly before making the we or mobile product live

- Complete the product test before the product will be delivered to the client

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product development skills gap and generate update of development progress for each project on daily basis.

- Manage the product development process from build, release, analysis, and iteration

- Constantly test his own products, create edge cases and if required should have the ability to write and define product development specs from scratch

- Apply your analytical capabilities on development progress - to identify and come up with actionable insights.

- Develop and implement product features working closely with software engineers, designers and other relevant teams

- Implement and track key metrics in-order to analyse performance relative to development team

- Develop and monitor project implementation plan in accordance with product design and sales team advice - to meet customer expectation

- Love developer ecosystems and are an handson with DevOps

- Have mastered the art of working with geographically distributed teams

- You have experience in Angular Js, Node Js, Mobile

- Love Data visualisation

Candidate Requirement:

- 3-5 years experience with - Bachelors/Master's Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science

- Hands-on experience in production code development, managing core technical design decisions that were then implemented by other developers

- Ability to identify and articulate patterns in unstructured and unorganized content

- Excellent written communication skills including architecture diagrams, data flows, and system component diagrams

- A passion for working in a process-driven way and working with team members to continuously improve that process
