Radical Minds urgently requires :- Vice President - IT & ISMS
- Should have hands-on experience on managing networks (LAN & WAN), Software Development, network security, ISMS etc. Should have good knowledge on Routers, Switches, Cisco Call Manager, Firewalls, Dialer, IVR, Call Loggers, CRM, Windows & Linux based Servers environment including but not limited to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ISA, WSUS, SQL/MySQL database Servers and other Windows/Linux servers with various applications.
- Should have outstanding leadership abilities, able to co-ordinate and direct all phases for end to end project implementations. Capable of developing effective policies and procedures, documentation and specifications
- Should have very good experience in laisioning and able to manage overall IT including Telecom Services providers in terms of PRIs, SIP Trunking, P2P Links, ILL etc.
- Should have experienced working with Contact Centers/BPOs, e-commerce industry and understand the overall business.
Main Responsibilities/Accountabilities/Professional Skills requirements:
- Should be presently working as GM/AVP - IT or above from minimum 2+ years & managing/handling overall IT and information security of the BPO/company
- Should have minimum 18+ years of IT Infra & security experience with a proven track record
- Ability to build high performance tech team
- Must possess good leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills on PPT is must
- An ability to clearly communicate problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner
- Strong interpersonal skills with positive attitude
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Ability to prioritise and effectively manage time in a fast-paced work environment
- An ability to identify the root causes of issues by analysing patterns and trends through MIS data analysis
- Ability to build action plans through problem solving skills to improve performance
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with client and its representatives
- Self-motivating, adaptable and able to inspire and motivate others
- Manage team performance to meet client SLA's and KPI's, including metric reporting on team performance
- Support team to achieve results with the highest possible standard of quality and delivery
- Ensure MIS reports are delivered accurately and timely
- Should able to join ASAP
