Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist.

Job Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our email marketing campaigns for B2B SaaS products, BPO, AI Agents Services leads focusing on the US, UK, India and other English-speaking markets.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building email campaigns, marketing automation, nurturing B2B leads, and driving engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement.

- Write compelling B2B email copy aligned with the brand voice.

- Segment and manage email lists effectively for US, UK, India and English-speaking audiences.

- Set up automated workflows, drip campaigns, and trigger-based emails.

- Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion) and optimize based on insights.

- Collaborate with sales & content teams to design campaign strategy.

- Ensure deliverability best practices and CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance.

- A/B test subject lines, content, send times, and CTAs.

- Report weekly & monthly campaign performance metrics.

- Work with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS Email Marketing.

- Strong understanding of US & UK audience behavior and communication style.

- Expertise in email marketing platforms & automation tools.

- Excellent copywriting & communication skills in English.

- Strong analytical skills & experience working with data-driven insights.

- Knowledge of email deliverability, segmentation & personalization strategies.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic HTML/CSS for emails is a plus.

- Ability to handle multiple campaigns and tight deadlines.

Preferred Tools:

- HubSpot / Mailchimp / Active Campaign / Klaviyo / Pardot.

- Google Analytics / UTM Tracking.

- Canva / Figma (for basic design requirements).

- Excel / Google Sheets (for reporting & data analysis).

Basic Knowledge to Have:

- Experience in SaaS B2B Demand Generation Campaigns.

- Exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.

- Basic knowledge of Salesforce, Zoho, or other CRMs.

- Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and privacy laws.
