- Radical Minds urgently requires : Senior Manager - HR Operations

- Should have experience experience with HR Policy, Process, SOP design and implementation

- Hands-on experience and expertise with HRMS Implementation

- Excellent experience in HR operations and Audit

- Excellent experience with HRIS, reporting on key HR metrics

- Proficiency with workflows, excel and power point

- Should be currently working as Senior Manager and preferably in Corporate HR role

- People & Process oriented

- Excellent analytical, design and problem solving skills

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

- Excellent Knowledge and experience on HRMS and databases

- Should be well versed with BPO / ITeS environment
