GM/AVP/VP Business Development
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop a thorough understanding of RM services, customer categories & competitors.
- Maintain a healthy robust pipeline of business opportunities for domestic or International market.
- Prospect and pitch to the potential new clients in a timely fashion and pitch for a discussion. Customize the sales pitch according to the clients requirements.
- Ensure that all the activities are updated in CRM.
- Provides management and support for new business pipeline development, in consultation with Senior Management.
- Leads data analysis, reporting and knowledge management to implement business development strategy and operations.
- Conduct long-term and short-term strategic research on sales and marketing of the services offered by the organization.
- Maintains new business pipelines, resources & tools.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with clients.
- Should have experience on RFP, Bidding, tendering.
What we are looking for in a candidate :
- 8+ years of experience in BPO Business Development vertical.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have inherent respect for processes and are diligent in keeping their CRMs updated.
- Prior Experience in roles like inside and consultative Sales in BPO / outsourcing industry
- Demonstrated experience and success in all aspects of the entire sales cycle, including proposal, negotiation and payments.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with excellent verbal, writing, negotiation, and effective interpersonal communication.
- Should have experience of domestic or international BPO BD vertical.
- Should have managed portfolios like domestic (Enterprise or Govt. project) or International projects.
