- We're looking for Leader who can shape winning proposals, someone who is a deal shaper and creates winning solutions and commercial models. Dynamic individuals willing to take the risks necessary to make big ideas come to life and who are comfortable collaborating in our creative, idea-driven environment
- Building a pipeline with Business sales and development strategies, interaction with clients for business and contract administration.
- Revenue management which involve client interaction and their advisors to assess strategies based on objectives, risk assessment and identifying opportunities.
- Assist in end-to-end RFP / RFI / RFQ process for cross domain bids, solutions construct and commercial model to develop right win themes.
- Identify Business Development opportunities across the value chain, build solutions framework to address these opportunities.
- Develop, measure, and report on key metrics around the business including client acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates, satisfaction, renewal rates and refine go to market activities as require.
- Implementation of sustainable solutions for multi-tower opportunities by leading wide-range of tactical assignments.
- Direct the analysis of sales and business development on a monthly basis.
- Apply and execute account strategy by collaborating with account teams to deliver stronger and more relevant value propositions.
- Utilize result driven approach and service improvement-centered mind-set to drive positive change in the organizational and delivery culture.
- Work towards the development and sustenance of B2B relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 12 years of Business Development experience , must have experience in BPO
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of business processes and an off-shore business environment.
- Proven client management skills
- Ability to handle high pressure situations and multi-task
- Analytical mindset - ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solution
- A desire to win, allied to strong ethical values and professional integrity
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and public presentation skills
