Job Summary:
- We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Assistant Manager to oversee and enhance our brand's online presence.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media strategy, content creation, engagement, and analytics to drive audience growth and brand awareness.
- Experience in BPO and SaaS products is preferred.
Job Location: Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage content calendars and schedule posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Content Creation & Management:
- Create engaging, high-quality content, including images, videos, and copy.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and influencers to produce compelling content.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
Community Engagement & Growth:
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner.
- Grow the brand's social media presence organically and through paid promotions.
- Build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Optimize campaigns based on engagement, reach, and conversion data.
- Recommend strategies to enhance performance and ROI.
Paid Advertising & Campaigns:
- Assist in running paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Track and optimize ad performance for better reach and engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in BPO & SaaS products.
- Proficiency in social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Strong writing, design, and communication skills.
- Experience with social media ads and analytics.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Understanding of SEO and social media trends.
