- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

3. Team Building and Management :

- Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional development and skill enhancement.

4. Technology Architecture and Scalability :

- Design and implement scalable and robust technology architecture to support the growth of the company.
