- Leading the School operation team.
- Working with all senior management and daily reporting to CEO.
- Oversee day to day operations of Schools.
- Monitor team performance and report on Matrix.
- People management.
- Managing Team and adherence to school calendar and organisational schedule.
- Recognise high performance and reward accomplishments. Monitoring appraisal process.
- Delegate task and set deadlines. Optimising operation process.
- Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary.
- Academic execution across locations.
- Making SOPs for all the processes of operations and making /managing a reporting system of operation team.
- Responsible for all operational efficiency, quality, parent's feedback etc.
- Develop a deep understanding of users, usages, services, internal and external stakeholders and how they impact business.
- Being a business head of the location should be able to design & implement business strategies, plans & procedures.
- Responsible for Risk analysis & business continuity management.

KRA(s):
1. Supervision to: All academic and administrative staff, leadership position holders, Human Resource, Community Relations
2. Goal: To provide the leadership and management necessary to administer and supervise all programs, policies and activities of the school to ensure high quality education and services for the students in a safe and enriching environment.
3. He will assess the effectiveness of the RH(s) / Principal(s) from time to time ( ideally in every six months) with respect to the performance of specific roles and responsibilities and in accordance to his / her approved KRA(s) / JD(s) and as per school & CBSE norms.
4. Student Performance: Set and enforce rigorous standards for student achievement that are in line with the goals of Radcliffe School(s).
5. Ensure the academic program exceeds yearly student's outcome in terms of class and board results in a sustainable manner.
Organizational Leadership:
6. Develop organizational goals and objectives consistent with the vision and mission of Radcliffe School(s).
7. Must be actively involved with all RH(s) and School Principal(s) for improvement planning by providing resources for decision making and priority setting.
8. Should be able to create culture of excellence, professional teamwork and collaboration amongst the staff, teachers, students and their parents.
9. Foster a school climate that supports both students and staff success and promotes respects and appreciation for all students, staff and parents.
10. Device a very strong mechanism to ensure that the school achieves projected target for enrolment of students.
11. Ensure statutory compliances as per CBSE norms and strong foothold with various govt agencies for liasoning.
12. Academic Leadership: Ensure use of effective, research based teaching - learning methodologies and best practices across all school(s) of Radcliffe.
13. Implement data - driven instructional practices and lead discussion about student's performance.
14. Constantly work with Principal(s) / RH(s) to improve teaching practices through coaching/ counselling, professional development, modelling and collaborative planning.
15. Should be able to provide curricular training and resources to staff.
16. Ensure consistencies in instruction and practice amongst teachers.
17. Devise robust mechanism to monitor progress of all students and staff.
18. Ensure the dropout rates of students are least or close to NIL.
19. Operational Leadership: Driving the strategic planning, process related to daily operations, compliances, finance, project & infrastructure development and legal in coordination with the CEO.
20. Developing systems to scale efficient and effective daily operations / smooth running from campus to campus. This may require extensive travelling as well.
21. Oversee financial operations such as:
a) Long - term budget planning in alignment with strategic planning with the CEO & the senior management.
b) Cash flow planning and ensuring availability of funds as needed from time to time.
c) The creation of monthly financial board report to monitor strict adherence to the budget school location wise.
22. Oversee and improvement of general operation like routine maintenance & upgradation of school facilities, purchasing & maintaining ongoing inventory.
23. Personnel / Human Resource Management: Coordination with HR department for new hires / replacements / grievance handling for senior leadership positions / ensure the best possible retention of right talents in schools.
Creation of an effective team of people jointly responsible for the attainment of institutional goals and committed to achieve excellence.
Desirable:
1. The ideal candidate should be academically sound, a Post Graduate with NET Qualified / Ph.D. holder.
2. The incumbent should be a full time regular Principal of reputed K -12 schools (CBSE / ICSE) having more than 15 years of experiences with proven track record.
3. Must have been an academic head in schools of repute for at least 10 years.
4. Excellent Monitoring, Judgement and Decision Making skills.
5. Must be located in Hyderabad and open to travel.
