Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of ECCE professionals across various locations in India.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team effectiveness.

- Design, implement, and evaluate ECCE programs and curricula in alignment with national educational standards and organizational goals.

- Ensure that all ECCE initiatives are executed with high quality, adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Will be responsible for managing a team of 20-30 individuals across India and overseeing revenue generation through their efforts.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the growth and success of ECCE programs across India.

- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and funding to support ECCE initiatives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations.

- Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and other events to promote ECCE programs and advocate for early childhood education.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to ECCE.

- Implement and oversee quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of education and care.

- Stay current with the latest trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education.

- Integrate new methodologies and innovations into ECCE programs to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in any related field.

- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Proven track record of managing teams and large-scale educational programs.

- Strong understanding of national and international ECCE standards and practices.

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience with budget management and strategic planning.

- Willingness to travel extensively across India as required.
