Position : AVP - Product

Relevant : 6-12 years of experience

Qualification & Qualities we are looking at:

- Highest Degree qualification must be MBA or equivalent degree or course.

- Outstanding B.Tech with a proven track record of a product manager will be considered.

- Full-stack Business Analyst.

- Knack for Ideation and Innovation will be highly looked forward to.

- Likes to work in high paced and often dynamic startup environment.

- Highly capable of growing and nurturing both the team and product(s).

- Creative and thrifty

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop Business Requirement documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Requirement Document (URD), Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams along with key inputs from Management. (30%)

- Brilliant Business Understanding and Quick In-Depth Analytical Abilities. A Fast Learner with flexibility and adaptiveness. (20%)

- Must be able to Own UAT Stages. Play key role in Analysis and supervising Bug Fixes (10%)

- Must have worked under multiple Sprint Management. (10%)

- Visualizing futuristic Product Roadmaps and play key role in Product Evolution. (10%)

- Product Competitive Analysis. (10%)

- A Team Player who can coordinate with Data Scientists, UX/UI, Marketing and Management to shape futuristic Products. (10%)
