ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Support transformation of Processes and Technologies, in domains such as Sales, Marketing, Customer service, HR, Finance, Supply chain etc.

- Define Industry and client specific business processes

- Understanding client requirements and translate them into workable solution specifications;

- Configure and Test the solution

- Create end-user documentation and drive training and adoption

REQUIREMENT :

- Passionate about business processes across industry domains

- Experience in implementing at least one Zoho solution

- Keen interest in technology and understand how it can be used to enable business processes

- Flexible and dynamic team player

- Strong communication skills, including business writing and presentation skills

- Open-minded and willing to learn and experiment
