We specialize in capital market transactions including IPO, M&A and fund raise.

Role requirement -
- The role is expected to lead projects in capital market transactions including IPO, M&A and fund raise. The role will be fully supported by the experienced Leadership Team.
- Exposure / experience in Capital market transactions is not must but will be an added advantage.
- Client facing role in which the candidate is required to interact with Founders / Promoters / Directors of our client.
- Responsible to lead projects such as fund raise (debt/equity), IPOs, Mergers and Acquisition, Divestments, Due diligence etc ('Project'). Such transactions includes below (only indicative) -
a. Developing strategies around alignment of interests of various stakeholders in the project
b. Ensure project management activities are carried out with high precision and in a professional manner
c. Finding common solutions among stakeholders to ensure Conflict management
d. Regular tracking of the progress; Report appropriately and escalate when needed
e. Coordinate with internal resources and external stakeholders such as Investment Bankers, Legal counsels, Lenders, Auditors, Investors, etc for the flawless execution of the Project
f. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation/data room
g. Ensure timely completion of the Project
h. Manage and delegate Project tasks to junior team members and mentor them
i. Co-ordination during documentation such as Proposal note, MoU, SHA, Term sheet, Agreement, DRHP, etc.
- Relationships with the Private Equity Funds, Venture Capital Funds, Banks, NBFCs, etc would be added advantage
- Excellent in creating storylines and convert them into deal collaterals (financial modelling, information memorandum, pitch book etc..)
- Conduct financial assessments on the historical and projected financial statements of prospective clients
- Conduct extensive market & industry research
- Must possess strong accounting and technical knowledge including capital markets regulations such as LODR, ICDR
- Will be required to travel from time to time to ensure successful monitoring and closure of transactions
- Flexible to work in a dynamic and changing structure / in the absence of defined structures
- Able to handle voluminous data and information load methodically
- Ready to take additional responsibilities, as when required
- Flexible to work on multiple projects and to take on additional responsibilities, as when required
Essential qualifications -
- Proven ability to plan, execute and deliver projects on time
- Experience in managing teams and maintain strong motivation levels
- Experience in dealing with Founders/Promoters/Partners/Leadership Team
- CA/CFA/CWA/CPA or MBA Finance with not more than 5-8 years post-qualification experience preferably from financial services or top tier audit firms.
- Candidates from who are part of the Chairman's office / MDs office with exposure to strategic dimensions of the business or exposure to Investors or any capital market transactions can be considered for this role.
Preferrable prior experiences -
- The environment in our practice will assist a dynamic person with strong finance background to succeed in this role. The below experience would be added advantage
- Fund raising (debt/equity)
- Investor relationship management
- Integral part of any strategic initiatives such as Mergers and Acquisition, Divestments, Due diligences, any Capital Market exposures, IPOs etc.
