- Drive the hiring process and ensure open positions are filled within very tight timelines.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of the job requirements and use that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity.
- Creating sourcing methods to expand visibility and network for potential candidates in a highly-competitive market and industry.
- Build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies.
- Keeping abreast with the market; industry trends, extensive research, strategy implementation and managing research enquiries / requests
- Maximize ROI on recruitment costs and increase recruitment efficiencies.
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered Hiring Sheet on all requirements, candidates, searches, hiring manager’s interactions, and other recruiting activities.
- Foster teamwork to maximize workplace efficiencies, quality initiatives and customer satisfaction
