Sales Manager :

We're looking for a hustler who will build and head our sales efforts, someone who does this with both short and long-term market goals in mind, ensuring the right people and processes are in place to get there.

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for Building long term partnerships with the largest companies and institutions in India. Recruiting high quality sales teams for an extremely ambitious sales target

- Setting up and managing the Inside sales and Direct sales operations

- Defining targets and incentives for sales people and the sales team.

- Measuring performance, ensuring that the teams hit the targets

- The team you lead will meet and call clients, pitch our services, close sales and take care of account management.

Responsibilities :

- Build and manage a successful sales team responsible for exceeding new business KPIs and customer obsession across multiple cities and languages

- Become a part of the core committee of the company to forward suggestions, implement new ideas and analyze performance

- Develop, deliver and execute the annual sales plan and build short, medium and long term strategies

- Hire and manage a high performance inside sales team, including development of incentive and compensation plans designed to meet company's business objectives

- Develop team and individual metrics, and manage team to achieve weekly goals.

- Identify appropriate sales performance measures and report progress against goals/targets

- Develop and lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce average cost of customer acquisition and increase lifetime value of customer. Establish and grow relationships with new customers and strategic partners

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales with track record of steadily increasing responsibility in sales

- Prior team building and handling experience

- Comfortable with numbers

- Exceptional communication and organizational skills

- Advanced MS Excel experience is a must

- Exposure to logistics industry is a plus
