Job Description:
- Generate new business from the designated Strategic Accounts and to meet and exceed sales and revenue goals by driving business through solution development, customer facing communications and negotiations and collaboration with client/global partners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate existing accounts and drive additional streams of revenue by Collaborating with cross-functional groups to understand internal and external customer's requirement, promote service offering and promote sales support globally.
- Source/ develop new strategic accounts by generating leads, planning campaigns, establishing customer contact, negotiating with customers etc.
- Responsible for Managing Strategic Accounts for Pan India, managed revenue.
- Responsible for managing and driving top line results for South Region and accountable for achieving Region's AOP
- Managing 5 territories (KA, TS, AP, TN & KL) and achieved growth
- Responsible for managing and driving results for a team professional, ensuring trainings and support to help team nurture and grow
- Responsible for driving and achieving revenue targets for New Business and Existing Base for the region
- Responsible for driving and achieving collections target for the Region and maintain DSO within 30 days
Job Specifications:
- 8 -12 years of experience in FMCG/E Commerce/Retail/Logistics/Internet/Consumer Durables.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
- Strong negotiation skills, communication skills, and ability to think out of the box.
- Ability to multitask and manage different accounts at a time
- Proven results in delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
